Need another size? Our exchange process is quick and easy. Send us an email at email@example.com and let us know what item you purchased and what size you would like to exchange it for. Our team will respond back to you within a few hours. Once you receive our email, ship out your current piece and provide us with tracking, and we’ll get started in creating your new piece right away.
If you’re not sure which size to go with, we are happy to help! Let us know when you email us that you need assistance in finding the right size.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY NEW ORDER?
Follow these 3 simple exchange steps, and we’ll get your new order set up.
- Email in to firstname.lastname@example.org with our exchange instructions.
- We’ll provide you with our return shipping address.
- You ship your package out, and email us back with your tracking number.
We’ll then start creating the new piece for you if it a made to order item and once it is done (3-5 business days unless we indicate differently in the email), we will ship it out to you. You will receive a shipping notification once the piece is headed your way.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
