What is Gold Fill metal?
Gold fill metal is a much more affordable option than solid gold and it maintains the same properties and will not flake or chip off over time.
It is created by thermally bonding a thicker layer of solid 14k gold to base metal (copper or bronze). Pieces made with gold fill material are a much higher quality than gold plated pieces.
Is your 14K solid gold recycled?
Yes! 100% of the 14K gold is recycled and comes from a refinery that only works with recycled metals.
Where are your pieces made?
Every single piece is designed and hand crafted by Ruxi in her studio in Hackettstown, New Jersey.
What is your production time?
Since all of our pieces are created in small batches or as one of a kind, our current lead time is about 3-5 business days.
Will I get notified when my order ships?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email, which will contain a tracking number.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! Everything is recyclable except for the foam insert in the jewelry box. We are actively working on finding jewelry boxes that are 100% eco-friendly and recyclable.

Need a different size?
Our exchange process is quick and easy.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what item you purchased and what size you would like to exchange it for. Our team will respond back to you within a few hours. Once you receive our email, ship out your current piece and provide us with tracking, and we’ll get started in creating your new piece right away.
If you’re not sure which size to go with, we are happy to help! Let us know when you email us that you need assistance in finding the right size.
How long will it take for me to receive my new piece?
If it a made to order item and once it is done (3-5 business days unless we indicate differently in the email), we will ship it out to you.
You will receive a shipping notification once the piece is headed your way.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
